Introduction
At Cat Mad, we want you and your cat to be delighted with every purchase! We understand things don’t always go as planned, so we’ve made our Returns and Exchanges Policy as easy as possible.

1.1 Returns

Changed your mind? No problem. You have 30 days from the delivery date to return items, provided they’re in new, unused condition with original packaging.

How to Start a Return
Email us at [email protected] with your order number, item details, and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

1.2 Exchanges

Want a different colour or size? If your item is in stock, we’ll gladly exchange it. Contact us within 30 days, and we’ll arrange the swap.

1.3 Refunds

Once your return is received, we’ll process your refund within 5 working days. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you’ll see the refund back to your original payment method.

1.4 Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or doesn’t meet expectations, reach out immediately with photos. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund, whichever suits you best.
